Mandatory pension fund (BVG)
Each company registered in Switzerland is obliged to register its employees having an annual salary of 21,150 Swiss francs in the pension fund. Contributions are distributed between the employer and the employee, and the employer undertakes to invest at least 50% of all expenses.
